In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the lifting operation, the crane is equipped with a relatively complete safety device, so as to protect the machine parts or remind the operator to pay attention in case of accident, so as to play a role of safety protection.
1. Each overflow valve in the hydraulic system: it can suppress the abnormal high pressure in the circuit to prevent the damage of the hydraulic oil pump and the motor, and prevent it from being in an overload state.
2. Boom luffing safety device: When an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or oil pipe in the boom luffing cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit will work to lock the work from the lower chamber of the oil cylinder. oil, so that the boom will not fall, thereby ensuring the safety of the operation.
3. Boom telescopic safety device: When an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or oil pipe in the boom telescopic cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit will work to lock the working oil from the lower chamber of the cylinder. The crane can retract by itself, so as to ensure the safety of the operation.
4. Height limit device: After the hook is lifted to the specified height, touch the limit weight, turn on the travel switch, the "overwinding" indicator light will light up, and at the same time cut off the lifting of the hook, the extension of the boom, and the suspension. The operation of arm bending and other actions ensures safety. At this time, as long as the handle is operated such as lowering the hook, retracting the boom or raising the boom (that is, operating to the safe side), the limit weight is released from the restraint, and the operation returns to normal. In special occasions, if you still need to do a small amount of bypass operation, you can press the release button on the instrument box, and the limit function will be released at this time, but you must be very careful in the operation at this time to prevent accidents.
5. Outrigger locking device: When an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or oil pipe leading to the vertical oil cylinder of the outrigger breaks or is cut, the two-way hydraulic lock in the hydraulic system can block the pressure oil in the two chambers of the outrigger and block the oil cylinder, so that the outrigger The legs do not retract or fling out, thus ensuring the safety of lifting operations.
6. Lifting capacity indicator: The lifting capacity indicator is set on the close side of the basic arm (that is, the right side of the control room), and the operator can clearly observe it when sitting in the control room, and can accurately indicate the height of the boom. Elevation angle and the rated lifting capacity allowed by the crane under corresponding working conditions.
7. Lifting characteristics table: It is set on the lower wall panel at the front side of the control room. This table lists the rated lifting capacity and lifting height under various arm lengths and various working ranges, so that you can refer to it during operation. During lifting operations, the value specified in the table must not be exceeded.
