Dispatch Winch Operation Requirements

1. The winch driver must undergo training and work with a certificate after passing the examination.
2. The winch driver must be proficient in the "structure, performance and basic principles" of the winch, and "be able to use, maintain, maintain, and handle general failures".
3. The winch driver must be familiar with the basic conditions such as the length, slope, variable slope section, intermediate level parking lot, track condition, safety facility configuration, signal contact method, and the number of tractors of the inclined lane.
4. The winch driver must strictly implement the regulations of "no pedestrians, no pedestrians".
5. The winch driver must drive strictly according to the signal instructions, and the signal is not clear and must not drive. Signal regulations: (1) Stop at one o'clock;

(2) Pull the car at two o'clock;

(3) Release the car at three o'clock;

(4) Pull slowly at four o'clock;

(5) Slow down at five o'clock.
